How much is postage and packaging?

We have a flat fee of £3.95 for most items. However as I am sure you can appreciate some items are much heavy than others therefore cost more to ship.  For heavy items we have added an additional £4.00 to the cost of the item, so a bed which is £48.00 will be priced at £52.00. 
Where we have added additional shipping cost we have made a note next to the item informing what we have done.

How do I measure my dog?

There are full instructions on how to measure your dog on the measurements page. All our clothes have a size guide next to them.
Please note that sizes of clothes vary from designer to designer. If your dog is a small in one jumper it may not mean your dog is a small in a jumper by a different designer. Simply check the size guide before ordering.

What happens if I order the wrong size clothes for my dog?

If you have ordered the wrong size we will exchange it for you. Simply place the item in a protective envelope and post it to:

Please obtain proof of postage. You can get this free of charge from the post office. 
The cost of the posting will be met be you.  All items must reach us in a new and unused condition and be returned to us within 10 working days. Due to a high turnover of stock we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock. However if you email to let us know you are returning an item we will do our best to have a replacement within 28 working days. If the item has not become available after 28 working days we will offer you a credit note.

What happens if the items I order are faulty?

The choice is yours, you can have an exchange or a full refund.  Refunds will be given as cheques as we are currently unable to refund your card directly. Please return the item to:

I have a credit note, do I have to spend it all at once?

No. You can spend your credit note all at once or a bit at a time it is up to you.
We will keep a record of how much you have left to spend and place an update on your account in with your order.

How do I use my Credit Note?

When using your credit note there is no need to go through the checkout, simply email us at sales@treatsforfurryfeet.co.uk  and tell us what you would like, along with your  name and address and your credit note reference number, which can be found on the top of your credit note.

I still have money left on my credit note but have lost the credit note, what should I do?

Do not worry, just e mail us at sales@treatsforfurryfeet.co.uk and we will send you a new one.

Do I have to shop online?

No. You can place an order by post.
Simply go to the order form page & print it out, write on it what you would like and post the form and your cheque to:

Please make cheques payable to Treats For Furry Feet
If you are unable to print the order form simply write what you would like on a piece of paper using the headings given on the form.

No you can order without opening a pay pal account if you wish.

When will I receive my order?

In stock items will be sent out Royal Mail first class within 2-3 working days but please allow up to 28 working days for out of stock items to be delivered.

What happens if I order more than one item but not everything is in stock?

We will send you the items that are in stock and will post you the rest of your items as  we have them back in stock.
You will only  pay for postage once. For every out of stock item we have to send you we will pay the postage you will not be charged again.
